File Upload Recommendations

File Requirements and Limitations

• We only allow files with one of the following extensions: DOC, DOCX, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG, TXT, XLS, XLSX
• The file may not exceed 100MB
• The file name should consist of only letters, numbers, spaces, dashes, and underscores.

Special Notes

• If your file does not meet our requirements, you will need to edit the file on your computer then upload the new file to our site.
• It usually takes a few seconds to upload your files. It takes more time if you have a slow connection or multiple large files.
• Do not close your browser while your files are uploading.

Drag & Drop Method

• Locate the file on your device.
• Click on the file and drag it onto the uploader.
• To select multiple files:
  • Hold the 'Shift' key while selecting the first and last item. Everything in between your selection will be auto-selected.
  • Hold the 'Ctrl' key while selecting the individual files you want to upload. This method will not auto-select files.

Browse File Method

• Click the 'Select File(s)' or 'Upload File(s)' button.
• 
• Locate and select the file you want to upload.
• To select multiple files:
  • Hold the 'Shift' key while selecting the first and last item. Everything in between your selection will be auto-selected.
  • Hold the 'Ctrl' key while selecting the individual files you want to upload. This method will not auto-select files.
• Click the 'Open' button to start the uploading process.
